I attribute my association with McCluskieganj Inter College to the unique atmosphere prevailing in the College, located in a dilapidated building with 03 rooms, when I first visited in Jul 2012. College was abuzz with activities. Students exuded a sense of belonging and ease. Their confidence in their right to question and have their queries, whether academic or personal, resolved was palpable. Teachers appeared keen to show their knowledge about each student of their class, confirmed their dedication and zeal. My reluctance to join the College vanished and I acceded to join.

Today, my initial opinion of the College stands vindicated. It has blossomed into a Temple of Learning. Eminent Educationists, Scientists, and personalities from Social fields in Jharkhand are associated with the College, guiding our every activity, refining our curriculum and teaching methods. Presently in lockdown, Teaching and Learning through What's App is being experimented under their guidance. 
The college has shifted to its permanent building with Library,  Physics and Chemistry Laboratories,  Computer Lab, and facilities for Sports, Games, and Extra-Curricular Activities.
